I sure am glad you Albany naysayers weren’t around in prehistoric times. You would have poured water on the discovery of fire and tried to crush the invention of the wheel.

To the squawker who wants the hate speech to stop, you need to start with you Republicans, with Trump and his whole clique. He started when Obama was in there. They hated Obama for eight years.

James King was just right on the country heading toward communism, led by Bernie Sanders and all the liberal Democrats.

Trump says he’s under investigation, but all the attorneys he’s hired say he’s not under investigation. What’s going on?

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace seems to be full of President Trump gotchas.

If America is being drawn into a Marxist quagmire, why didn’t James King mention President Trump’s close relationship with Russian communist Mr. Putin?

I have lived through 13 presidential administrations starting with Roosevelt and this is the most disorganized.

I know crooks will conceal evidence, but never in an imaginary library.

None of the money for the bathrooms came from Rails to Trails. The pipeline gave part of the money and a gentleman gave the building. Rails to Trails ain’t contributed nothing.

Guess what, B.J., if utility rates go up, we won’t be able to afford to eat out at your restaurants.

Taxpayer-funded sex-change operations in our military, or planes, tanks and combat-ready troops that can actually maneuver. You decide.

I sure will be glad when the Democrats outlaw the ban where I can get my pickup truck back and put a Rebel flag in the window.

You’re darn right it’s time for Trump to pull the plug on NPR, PBS, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and any other left-leaning entity.

Every time I see people buying lottery tickets, it looks like the people who can least afford it buying them.

Because of Democrats policies, the crime rate, drug use and everything else is going through the roof.

There are over 31,000 scientists and climatologists who are climate change skeptics. Funny how this always gets left out.

“Too many times and on both sides of the political spectrum political leaders, celebrities and activists take war tones in their speech.” No, it’s always the Left. It’s always been the Left since the 1960s.

Just read James King’s Monday op-ed. I’m reminded of Mark Twain: “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”

So Dougherty county has the 5th highest property tax in the state. glad someone else is letting the people of Dougherty know this fact. we citizens seem to be always complaining about utilities. we are getting robbed on the property tax issue. this is what the city and county need to start to work on.

To those of you who can read, please go to the letters to the editor in Monday’s edition of The Herald and read James King article. I’m not a Chicken Little type of person, but neither am I so stupid that I can’t see what’s happening. Fools follow fools.
