Squawker: Unfortunately, there’s no significant local news to talk about.

These Trump White House aides are withholding more secrets than my last ex-girlfriend.

Darrel Ealum: I would like to know how much you profited off the Radium Springs transaction with Dougherty County. You’re quick to point out the hard, hard work (sarcasm included) you’ve been doing to benefit the citizens of South Georgia, but I would like to know how much you’ve benefited yourself.

I read in the paper where the stocking strangler is finally going to get his justice. My only concern is that he will be allowed to go to sleep gently, while those poor women were strangled to death. He needs to be strangled slowly, a little bit at a time. Let him see what it feels like.

To the Squawker that just joined the NRA: All I’ve got to say is welcome aboard.

I wonder, watching the Fed meeting, is there a Democrat anywhere that can go to a meeting without grandstanding about racism and Trump?

I am a Trump supporter. But if Trump is going to do what he said he was going to do, what is he doing for the retired veterans who haven’t had an increase in years and years?

I agree with the squawker about the police chief, the sheriff and the head of the drug unit. The citizens know where the drug houses are. We have been calling them, and I have been calling them, yet the don’t do anything about it.

I said it once and I’ll say it again: When they buy vehicles for the city and county, buy from local dealers. They pay local taxes. You buy from out of the county, you cut the throat of taxpayers. Let’s be fair about the deal.

I wonder why the new Albany State administrators will not support the golf team at the college. We play a tournament, and no administrators ever show up.

I think there’s a new game going on in Albany. The winner is the person who runs the most red lights. Apparently 70-75 percent of drivers participate.

For all you Trump supporters who don’t think he lies: What about “I would run into the school without a weapon to stop the gunman?” That is the biggest lie told by someone who dodged the military.

What does McCoy want? He’s become a pain against the county. He’s acting just like a kid on the playground who doesn’t get his way? He should work for himself so he can sue himself if he doesn’t get his way.

The best-kept secret in Dougherty County is Robert Cross Park. We thank Commissioner John Hayes for that and all the good work he does for the county.

I see some of the biggest elephant-size people’s pictures in the paper. Who’s feeding these people? They can’t work like that.

The Albany Police Department is not going to do anything about gangs. They know exactly who the people are. They’re outnumbered and intimidated by the gangs. Gangs rule in Albany, Georgia.
