Squawker: If we didn’t have a dysfunctional city commission or citizens that littered all the time, there would be no news to report.

Just want to give thanks to Jim Hendricks for making The Herald what it was.

I challenge anybody out there to go to a gun show and try to buy a gun without a background check. Won’t happen. I challenge anybody to go online and try to buy a gun. It won’t happen.

I hope the Georgia Board of Regents gets a copy of the audit of Albany State University and sees what a big mistake they made getting rid of Darton College.

History shows that a socialist state cannot come to full fruition until all the guns are gone. And that is exactly what the left wants in this country.

The Second Amendment gives you the right to bear arms. It does not give you the right to go into a school and shoot innocent children.

Must one’s squawk completely agree with Carlton’s opinion to get published? I submitted one pertaining to McCoy’s wisdom in suing the Dougherty Commission instead of the individual with whom he had an altercation and asking if the $3 million suit covers past and present career disappointments.

Bill, Hillary and Obama cornered the market on lying years ago. Trump ain’t even in the ball game.

You know this country is in trouble when you have a draft-dodging president who wants to put guns in the hands of teachers. He dodged service four times.

The county I live in, we don’t have the toxic charity problem Ms. Fletcher mentioned. We’ve just got a problem with one official who won’t collect taxes in this county and it’s run up hundreds of thousands of dollars in uncollected taxes that’s got the county in a helluva bind.

Liberals in Europe are facilitating the Islamic takeover of their own countries. Hmm, think we might learn something here?
