Baseball is still America’s game. National anthem, flyover, all players respectful with hats over their hearts, and “God Bless America” at the stretch. I’ve never been prouder.

Just watched the beginning of the World Series. The players, managers, coaches, the whole crowd — everybody stood with their hands over their hearts. They had a flyover and the guy singing the national anthem did one helluva job. Thank you. They are a bunch gentlemen, not like the NFL. God bless America.

You said your light bill was close to $400? Mine was over $500. It’s ridiculous. That’s a car note. Pretty soon, we won’t be able to do anything but pay utility fees. Something needs to be done about it.

America’s vocabulary is the f-word. We see it with our politicians. We see it with our celebrities. We see it with our children.

The lady the president called to give his condolences for her husband being killed, you could tell she had been coached to be negative to what the president did. The left-wing Democrats are doing their job of trying to destroy Donald Trump, using someone’s death to push their agenda.

The congresswoman did not eavesdrop on Trump’s disastrous call; the widow chose to put the call from the president on speakerphone, which was her right. Others were in the room with Trump when he called. Aren’t you going to accuse them of eavesdropping?

If Albany wants to stop the violence, they need to have the bars start closing at 10 o’clock at night. Anybody staying up to 1 or 3 o’clock in the morning’s not up to anything good. Decent, righteous people go to bed at a decent hour and they don’t stay up all night drinking, fighting and killing.

Let me get this right. An NFL merchandise store-owner in Albuquerque may have to close due to declining sales because of comments made by the president? Trump isn’t the one kneeling and slapping every veteran, active military and American patriot in the face.

For eight years, President Bush never said anything about the Obama administration’s incompetence and corruption. Now, he’s spouting off about Donald Trump. Is Kathleen Parker the only one dumb enough not to see the irony?

Republican Christians are jumping up and down about Harvey Weinstein, but were OK electing Trump president, who did the same thing.

Mr. Dice, you said you want to bust drug dealers and you’re not interested in busting users. Does this mean you’re going to instruct all city police officers not to bust users? Because I don’t believe it.

For the squawker that said they wanted to watch the Falcons and Patriots, but didn’t — how do we know you didn’t?

Let me be specific, squawker. Racism comes from all races and walks of life, and if you don’t believe that then your head has been stuck in the sand for too long.

Somebody’s math is fuzzy about creating 200 million jobs under Reagan. The population in 1989 was 246 million people in the U.S.

It’s a sad day when people think it’s a good idea to brag about being rude. My mother-in-law described these people well — “No home training.”
