Squawker, I agree 100% it is okay to protest racism and police brutality, but don’t insult people’s intelligence by saying it’s patriotic to disrespect the flag, national anthem and the military who gave their lives to give you the freedom to protest.

Squawker says I need an asbestos suit. Why? There is no hell, and there is no proof of a god, at least a loving one who protects his creation instead of killing them with natural disasters. Keep believing your fairy tale if you delight in innocent people dying.

Let me get this straight. Our county government is paying a private consultant to get money they’re already entitled to from the federal government. Am I missing something?

I saw Ivanka Trump on the Dr. Oz TV show and thought, “How can anyone dislike her?” Then I read criticism of her revelation of postpartum depression in disbelief. One should not hate her because of Trump.

If Trump is a coward for not serving, he’s in good company because Obama and Clinton didn’t serve either. Clinton signed on the dotted line, then didn’t show up for duty when he garnered a high draft number.

Trump couldn’t fight in the Vietnam War because of his bone spurs, but he can play golf every weekend. What a pathetic loser.

Trump’s got y’all so brainwashed, he’s deflected what the real protest is about. It’s not about the flag. It’s not about service. Here’s the kicker. Had President Obama called NASCAR fans SOBs, I wonder if we’d have World War III right now?

Like millions, I wish Hillary Clinton would just go away — enjoy her grandchildren, her millions and millions of dollars, and just enjoy life. In case she doesn’t, a I saw a bumper sticker for her in 2020 — “If the pantsuit still fits, I cannot quit.”

Now area pastors are getting involved in the NFL kneeling squabble. When the Bible says come up from among the world and be ye separate, what business does a man of God — or supposed-to-be man of God — have with all that drivel in the NFL?

I wish these articles in the paper would quit calling Obamacare “affordable.” The only ones who can afford it are the wealthy and the 40-or-so million who get it for nothing.

Riding on the streets in Albany and Dougherty County is like riding on dirt roads. I’ve had enough. I’m moving to Lee County and I’m taking my tax dollars with me.

In the executive branch of government, we need a new cabinet position. It would be the Cabinet of Common Sense. All laws and regulations would have to go through this department before being enacted.

The NFL has had enough time to correct this problem, so I am now banning the NFL, every advertiser that has anything to do with the NFL and every TV network that has anything to do with the NFL. Goodbye, NFL.

Anyone that would say it’s OK to dishonor the flag of the United States that stands for our freedom is not a true American, especially a pastor that’s supposed to be man of God. Dishonoring it for any reason, there’s no excuse.
