Trent Brown hosting Westover football team at Thursday’s Falcons-Patriots game

ALBANY — Westover graduate and Super Bowl champion Trent Brown will treat Westover’s football team and coaches to an NFL game on Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Westover’s players and coaches will be Brown’s guests when his New England Patriots face the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The 6-foot-8, 380-pound Brown has been an offensive lineman in the NFL since he was drafted in 2015.

“We are so very excited about this upcoming event,” Westover principal William Chunn said. “This is a once in a lifetime event as some of our players will be attending a professional game for the first time. We simply can not thank Trent enough”.

“It is always appreciated when a student reaches back to those who made a difference,” veteran Westover literature teacher Pamela Heard said.

Brown treated the Westover faculty and staff to lunch last week during Homecoming festivities.

“We say to Trent Brown, thank you, thank you, thank you, a job well done,” Chunn said.
