He went with the owner and discovered that the conditions were not the fault of the owners, but the renters. Remember the trash pile in one of the ovens in one unit? Two sides of these stories.

Don’t let their misleading PR fool you: You are not getting a tax break. The Dougherty Commission is about to approve a millage rate increase that will give the county the highest such rate in the state of Georgia. That’s what happens when you put corrupt people in charge.
