The recent murder of a young woman in Charlotte, N.C., highlights the soft-on-crime casual attitude that left-wing liberals in government have toward violent crime, yet they claim great concern and want to ban guns.

The left falsely smears Republicans as violent “fascist” haters, but it is the radical Democratic left who are most prone to violence.

Crime is out of control in Georgia because criminals don’t fear courts and judges. Instead of punishing criminals, the radical left wants to punish and disarm law-abiding gun owners.

Sad that people can’t go to church without worrying about some left-wing psycho going on a shooting spree. This is 100% the fault of the Democratic party.

I’ve read in this forum and heard “conservatives” whine about how Democrats are soft on crime and are ruining our country. I hate to be the one to tell these blindly loyal Trump acolytes, but Democrats are not in charge. Republicans control all three branches of government and are so intent on keeping their king’s indiscretions with little girls out of the public’s eye, they blame everything on Democrats. Wake up, you dimbulbs.

After 24 years, the incumbent is always the wrong choice

While Nero fiddled at the golf course this weekend, the government shutdown is looming. (The current plan is to fire more workers.) There were two more mass shootings. That’s 324 mass shootings this year. Stellar performance, isn’t it?

If Kirby Smart had texted FSU coach Mike Norvell, he could have told him the secret to beating Alabama.

Not much to say positive about Georgia. Their offense is not much better than their defense. Oh, well, there is always hope.

APD leadership’s touting an improvement in crime statistics is both disingenuous and unprofessional. Taxpayers have asked for increased police presence to keep our families safe, and our City Commission and county leaders have completely failed in their commitment to us.   

Re: King Randall writing about Albany’s population being what it is with Lee County reducing property taxes while Albany/Dougherty’s continue to go up. Albany/Dougherty will continue to lose population, and the elected leaders cannot see it.

SMRs, where is the prosperity the True President promised? We middle class Americans are not feeling it. I know you don’t have an answer.

How is it that someone who is lying and cheating his way to prosperity is allowed to maintain his license to practice a profession that he obviously is unfit for?
