If you think today’s Republican party is anything but Trump’s MAGA cult, you are willfully blind. The GOP used to stand for a strong military and fiscal responsibility. Now it’s whatever Trump wants: A military parade, troops patrolling blue-state cities, and selling everything from bibles, sneakers, and watches from the Oval Office. Stop projecting the GOP’s shortcomings onto the Democrats.

If bartenders can face charges for over-serving, then judges should face charges for releasing criminals who kill after release.  

The city of Albany could not have picked a more stupid time to replace the curbs and close off lanes of traffic on Broad Street. Do they not know this worsens the already huge traffic jam all day long due to the closing of the Oglethorpe bridge?

Unfortunately, there are no lifeguards in the gene pool.

A convicted felon and drug head died while being apprehended by police. Buildings burned, stores were looted and innocent people were injured during the riots that followed. A Christian talking to young people about the morales of this country was assassinated for his beliefs. No buildings were burned, no stores looted, and no innocent people were injured. There were no riots.

So the south Koreans want to complain and threaten us about the savannah car plant employees? How quick they forget they would be under the rule of the nut case North Korean dictator if not for us, and our 36,574 dead American service men 70 years ago.

President Trump said after he cleans up Memphis and Chicago he will send the guard to Albany.

While all you pathetic sycophants mourn the death of Kirk, here’s pretty much 90% of the population’s reaction to his death: Wow, another shooting? Too bad. What’s on Netflix tonight?

Requested taxpayer funding of Albany Transit under FTA 5307 and Georgia DOT is $1.8M with another $1.8M form the city justified as policy to boost jobs, productivity and interstate transit, economic benefits, and societal needs i.e. equitable access and resolving disparities. For Albany, substantially all operating costs. Summary: a massive taxpayer burden for a non-efficient system.

It’s about time the musicians in the symphony orchestra got credit. You can do without the hangers-on and the stuffed suits, but you can’t do without the musicians.

We get a two-fer shooting in Albany on Monday. I’m more concerned about these events than I am about some faux-Christian zealot who was out preaching right-wing hatred.

Our city utilities and tax dollars at work: City street lights between 2007 and 2009 Golf Course Drive are completely covered by growth of bushes and trees. The area has not been trimmed after years of growth around the light. Doesn’t the city have maintenance for our street lights?

That most recent political violence in America is caused by left-wing ideology is another Big Lie that current Republicans are being forced to accept.

Just like Democrats, the world fears our president.

Trump was so busy telling us who was worthy of mourning and who wasn’t that he failed to mention another school shooting and children killed in Colorado. I guess it doesn’t matter; he would only have sent thoughts and prayers. If that is such a protector of life, let him drop secret service protection and use thoughts and prayers instead.

It’s rich that Democrats blame president Trump and Republicans for political violence. Why don’t the Democrats tone down their rhetoric? They are the ones who support violence and celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

RIP Robert Redford, a great, great actor.

With all the hoopla around the Kirk shooting, it only reaffirms that the “assassination attempt” on Trump during the campaign was a fake set-up. How else do you explain the fact that that bit of news was quietly and quickly wept under the rug?
