ALBANY — The Georgia Federation of Women’s Clubs Albany chapter presented the 2018 Mother of the Year award at their February meeting. The recipient of this year’s award was Shirley Way. An active member of the women’s club, Way is married to Jesse Way and they have three adult children including one son and two daughters.
