The most wanted fugitive is described by law enforcement as a 43-year-old black male, who is 5-feet-3 tall and weighs approximately 138 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Hall has active felony arrest warrants for the offenses of parole violation and probation violation.
Hall’s last known address is 119 Talafax Road Apartment A, in Albany.
