Southwest Georgians held the 16th annual 65-Mile High Cotton Yard Sale Nov. 11. The rain and chilly weather didn’t stop hundreds of vendors from lining state highway 37 from Fort Gaines, GA, to Camilla, GA. People of all ages gathered to hunt for bargains and eat the diverse cuisine available along the way. Antique farm equipment, Georgia grown and made nut brittles and two dwarf goats were just some of the unique finds along the highway. For many, the yard sale is the best day of the year for business.
