City job fair announced

ALBANY — City officials said Tuesday morning that they will hold a job fair at the Albany Civic Center March 8.
The city’s Department of Community and Economic Development announced the event Tuesday morning on its Facebook page.
The city is currently soliciting businesses or agencies who are in need of employees to participate and register for the event by calling the DCED at 229-483-7650.
Ward VI Commissioner Tommie Postell is providing refreshments for the event, officials say.
