ALBANY — The Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Fugitive this week is Cydelia Latrana Tift. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

The most wanted fugitive is described by law enforcement as a 49-year-old black female who is 5-foot-4 in height and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and a noticeable chipped tooth.
Tift has active arrest warrants for the offenses of forgery in the first degree and theft by deception. Her last known address is 1330 E. Roosevelt Ave. in Albany
