ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 15 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Forgeries on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Disorderly conduct on the 600 block of North Monroe Street and the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1700 block of Parker Avenue, the 1000 block of South Cleveland Street and the 900 block of South Street;

— Robbery by sudden snatching on the 200 block of South Jefferson Street;

— Suicide attempt on the 1700 block of Edgerly Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1300 block of South McKinley Street;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Interfering with officers on the 100 block of Transvilla Parkway;

— Entering auto on the 2300 block of Tompkins Avenue;

— Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on the 200 block of South Jefferies Street.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Country Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Animal calls on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway, the 3000 block of Clark Avenue, the 1800 block of Dorough Avenue and the 2500 block of Homestead Avenue;

— Abandoned auto on the 800 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Auto accident on the 2800 block of Astoria Drive, the 1900 block of the Liberty Expressway and the 4800 block of Hill Road;

— Suspicious person on the 4000 block of Moultrie Road;

— Juvenile problem on the 3300 block of Sweetbrier Road;

— Burglar alarm on the 1200 block of Moultrie Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Smoke removal on the 300 block of North Ingleside Drive;

— Building fire on the 800 block of Baldwin Drive;

— Extrication of victim from car on the 700 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Auto accidents at the intersection of North Slappey Boulevard and Whispering Pines Road and the intersection of Elsom Street and East Broad Avenue;

— Outside rubbish fire on the 1000 block of the Liberty Expressway.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 54 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included three chest pain calls, three abdominal pain calls, eight respiratory issue calls, one stroke call, one mental health call, two cardiac arrest calls, one various medical call, one unknown problem call and 17 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included seven auto accidents and six falls. Other types of calls included one stand-by for APD, one medical alert activation and one inter-facility transfer.
