Oliver is described as a white male who is 5-feet-9 and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address is 58 Court Street, Dover-Foxcraft, Maine. Oliver’s last known Albany address is 1815 Moultrie Road.
He has active warrants for the offenses of failure to register as a sex offender and deposit account fraud.
