Why wouldn’t one of the geniuses we elected downtown pick up the telephone and call Luke Bryan and ask him to put on a concert at the Civic Center and get it back on track? Bring the people back downtown. Pay him some money, get him to put on a concert. You’d have 10,500 people there.
