Lincoln Elementary teacher was selected from eight finalists

ALBANY — Lincoln Elementary Magnet School teacher Kanese Rachel has been named Dougherty County’s 2018 Teacher of the Year. The announcement was made Thursday evening at a banquet at the Merry Acres Event Center.
She was selected from a candidate pool of eight finalists.
